Feeling Good, Keeping in Touch, Do I Have To?
1. The way morning aches and pains dissipate in a surge of exercise-induced endorphins.
2. Letters from friends in Japan, both in digital form and the old-fashioned way.
3. Studying for several hours before closing up shop with some reluctance and a hunger to continue. The only other time I feel this way is when I’m reading a good book.
